He received his bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Missouri and has spent the past 10 years working in the employee benefits industry. During this time, he has worked with businesses of all sizes and industries, providing enrollment fulfillment for over 3,300 clients. With his extensive experience and deep understanding of the benefits industry, Richard aims to share his knowledge and fresh perspective with as many people as possible. He is committed to helping businesses make informed decisions about their benefits and find the best options for their needs.

Ginny is a highly skilled business analyst with over 25 years of experience in planning, developing, analyzing, and managing project deliverables and resources. She has worked on and managed projects of varying sizes in the financial, retail, and telecommunications industries. Ginny excels with her strong communication and interpersonal skills. She has experience collaborating with cross-functional, co-located teams in fast-paced environments and has held leadership positions, including serving as the manager of a business analyst team and providing input on process improvement initiatives. Ginny's background in business analysis includes working as a liaison between external clients and developers, negotiating solutions with stakeholders, participating in workflow analysis, facilitating requirements and analysis sessions, generating supporting documentation, and reviewing test cases.

John Duldner MD

The Data Doc

John is a highly qualified medical professional with a background in emergency medicine and neurology. An undergraduate degree in Zoology and Chemistry from Ohio Wesleyan University led to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he developed an interest in clinical and bench-top research. After completing his residency in Emergency Medicine at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio he served a Fellowship in Cerebrovascular Disease at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. During his fellowship, Dr. Duldner earned a Master of Science degree in epidemiology and biostatistics. Throughout his career, he has maintained an active clinical and research practice and has published widely in his field. In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Duldner has significant experience in managed care, case management, and clinical guideline development and is committed to patient education, patient safety, and outcome-based clinical quality metrics. He is the founder of Connect & Care, a comprehensive healthcare benefits company that focuses on providing attentive, service-focused, comprehensive care and an evidence-based approach to health, wellness, prevention, and existing conditions.

Paul Lipscomb SPHR

The HR Guru

Paul is a dedicated Human Resource leader who believes in the effectiveness of utilizing Human Resource and Strategic Management principles, connected with business functions, to develop strong and resilient organizations. He is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resource Certification Institute. Paul also holds two Master’s Degrees from Liberty University: a Master’s of Executive Leadership and a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Eastern Kentucky University. Paul has worked in HR for over 10 years at many different levels, from leading organizations to facilitating strategic planning and management activities for multiple companies. He has a strong understanding of how people resources intersect with business needs.
Paul is an Army Infantry veteran of 5 years who served in Afghanistan in Operation Enduring Freedom XV in 2014. Paul’s military experience has allowed him to focus on efficiency and organizational effectiveness, which serve organizations of all shapes and sizes.
